At the end of March, I spent a week in Boise, ID and the surrounding cities. When I wasn't spending time with family, there was an immense focusing of my energy into documenting the stay. Attempting to see every alley and street in any direction I wandered, there was an instant comfort between the city & me. The similarities this place shared with Sacramento, specifically the historic details within a timeless city that prefers to sleep in, resonated with me. Without interference, this sense of familiarity allowed me to closely interact with this home away from home. These were shot on a Canon AE-1 with Kodak Tri-x 400 pushed to 1600.
